TRAGIC DEATH OF BROTHER AMARPRIT SANDHU

It is with a heart full of sadness to inform our local of the tragic death of one of our members in CNTL.

In the early morning hours we heard that brother Amarprit Sandhu (BB431) succumbed to his injuries in what can only be described as a horrific workplace accident. It is unthinkable to say the least. An ill fated accident that will change the lives of his family forever. An accident that will remind us of how fragile life is and how quickly our lives can change.

In thinking of brother Sandhu it is difficult to imagine how his family will now have to face the world without him. As we think of them and brother Sandhu I am reminded of how life can instantly change and how important it is to be kind and loving at all times. The pain and sorrow will last for all those who knew and loved him for years to come so finding comfort in knowing that we stand together and help in whatever way possible, will help his family through this very trying time.

A brotherhood/sisterhood of union members pull together through good and bad times. The family will require support through this difficult time both emotionally and financially so I ask that everyone be as generous as they can.

We will be updating information as it becomes available.
